Tuan is a leader in broadband infrastructure and workforce development, dedicated to bridging the digital divide and creating equitable opportunities for underserved communities. Combining technical expertise with social justice, he advocates for policy changes that support formerly incarcerated individuals, ensuring they have pathways to stable employment and digital literacy.
Born in Vietnam and raised in Washington State, Tuan proudly served in the U.S. Navy, where he developed his leadership skills and resilience. A graduate of Bellevue College, he has built a career at the intersection of technology, education, and social impact. His experience has allowed him to lead initiatives that empower individuals to rebuild their lives through access to technology and economic opportunity.
When he’s not working to expand digital access and workforce opportunities, Tuan enjoys exploring the outdoors and embracing the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
