Mental health, COVID-19, and BIPOC communities

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, physical, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted everyone, especially our BIPOC communities. BIPOC communities have difficulties accessing services and resources and our goal is to make positive changes to help our communities receive mental health care services and make resources readily available.

We provide presentations going over mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic in BIPOC communities. Please reach out if you would like more information!
