Jennifer is a multiracial white and Tlingit (Alaska Native) nonprofit program professional who has worked in the nonprofit realm since 2001. She started in youth development direct service at the Boys & Girls Club of Federal Way, Community Schools Collaboration, and Technology Access Foundation. She then moved into program management and operations at Communities In Schools of Federal Way for almost 10 years. Jennifer also worked as an Executive Assistant in the Superintendent’s Office at Federal Way Public Schools before joining the Equity in Education Coalition team.
When not working, Jennifer enjoy taking her son on adventures Washington and going back to Alaska regularly to visit family. Her hobbies include indoor plants, reading, doodling and drinking iced coffee.
