The Transformational Center for Anti-Racist Education (TCARE) is a pioneering initiative aimed at addressing systemic racism within Washington state’s public school system. Recognizing the urgent need to dismantle white supremacy culture and cultivate a more equitable educational environment, TCARE offers a comprehensive 12-month fellowship and training program for educators and workshops for community members.

By empowering educators and communities to challenge white supremacy culture, dismantle systemic racism, and promote equity within their institutions, TCARE aims to create lasting change within Washington state’s public school system — transforming school cultures, improving educational outcomes for all students, and creating a more inclusive and equitable learning environment.

Join us in our mission to build a more just and equitable future for Washington state’s students and educators.
